Wacky Buttons, Inc. is a small home based corporate business located in the town of Fairport south of Rochester, NY.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality button products in the fastest amount of time to our customers. We utilize the latest technology for setting up and processing custom designs. Our website is easy to use and we collect very little information on our customers. Our customer service is friendly, fast, and always glad to help. We love making buttons and are always interested in what people come up with.
- We offer the fastest turnaround time. We are able ship an order
out the same day we receive it. We also offer USPS Express Shipping.
So you are even able to receive an order the very next business
day from when you purchase (valid for orders of 500 buttons
or less).
- All buttons are photo inkjet printed at 1200-4800 dpi with Epson
printers and ink
- Our prices are much lower than our competitors. Most
button designers will charge for artwork and will sell at more than $50 just for 100 buttons.
- We have no minimum quantity and our prices are the same for color and black n' white
designs.
- Wacky Buttons has Immediate and informative customer service.
You will never wait more than one day for a response. (Submitting designs may take more days)
- We are one of the only button businesses on the web that send
you previews of your design via email. We also can email actual digital photos of final products or ship an actual sample of
your button to you before buying. (Customer must request free sample before purchasing)
- We offer the option of doing artwork for you FREE of charge
and we send you different designs to choose from. Other button companies may
charge extra for artwork.
- Our Design Code process is the easiest to use so no orders get
messed up. Also your artwork is kept on file so you will never be
asked to send your design again. Wacky Buttons allows you to
order with your Design Code any time in the future.
- Credit Card payments are transacted in the most secure manner
on the web using Paypal.com's military encryption technology.
Some sites just are not secure enough but Paypal has state of the
art technology backing them up. You never have to reveal your fininancial information to us.
- We ship the exact number of buttons you order using our
custom counting method. Some companies produce so fast, or base there quantities on weight, which could
actually short their customers and allow for more
defects in craftmanship.
