The turnaround time actually depends on what you want to do. If you are coming up with your own design, the turnaround time will depend on how fast you communicate with us back and forth. Wacky Buttons will send you emails that you will have to respond to. The longer it takes for you to respond, the longer the process takes. When you are finished designing and we actually make your buttons, on average we can complete an order of less than 500 buttons in one day and ship it the next day. We offer 3 methods for shipping, USPS First Class Mail (Parcel Post), USPS Priority Mail 2-4 days, and USPS Express Mail (Overnight). If you choose First Class Mail or Parcel Post, which is the cheapest shipping we offer, the farther you are from Western New York (where Wacky Buttons is located) the longer the shipping process will take. If you live in western New York you can receive your order within 2 days or sometimes the very next day from the time you order on a regular postage fee. For those who live outside of western New York, your order could take up to 2 weeks to receive. This is why we offer rush shipping options (and these cost extra). For Priority Mail, on average, a package takes 2 days to receive. Midwest and west coast usually 3 days. Alaska and Hawaii take 4 days. USPS Express Mail shipping is the most expensive and is guaranteed to arrive the Next day to most areas in the United States. There are certain areas that may take 2 days for Express mail so you may want to check before shipping Express if you are one of these special areas. If you plan on shipping Express get a guaranteed delivery time here. You will need to enter your zip code. The best one we recommend is the layout600dpi.bmp. It is the perfect size for us to work with so you will get the fastest response from us. Also it offers a high quality and can be used with almost any paint or drawing software. The only downside to this file is that it might take long to download. Yes you can send us copyrighted or protected material to be made into custom buttons. We leave it up to the customer's discretion to submit government protected material. We must assume that any protected material we receive is property belonging to whomever submits it. Also we assume that the customer submitting any protected material has the proper rights to give us permission to print and sell their protected material strictly to them or anyone they specify.

Yes. Our buttons have a plastic cover that you can write on with a Sharpie or other permanent marker. Also dry erase markers work too if you want to make changes.
