• Am I allowed to purchase 2 or more designs for the same price as 1? for example if I order 50 of one design and 50 of another can I buy them for the same price as an order for 100 buttons?
  Sorry, you are not able to combine 2 different designs and be able to order it for the price of just 1. To calculate the price for a split order of multiple designs please use our button order calculator.

• What button sizes do you offer?
  We offer 1 inch, 1.5 inch, 2.25 inch, and 3 inch buttons

• Do you charge more for color than black and white designs?
  Black and White designs are the same price as color. We do not charge extra for multiple colors. Price quotes can be found at www.wackybuttons.com/prices.htm

• Do I have to purchase a minimum 25 buttons? Can I order just 1 button?
  You can order just 1 button if you want. We have no limit or restriction on quantity so you can order any quantity you want.

• Do you sell button parts or button machines?
  We do not sell hand button machines or button parts. We only offer a full service which involves designing your buttons and complete manufacturing.

• I forgot my Design Code. Can you tell me it again?

• What is the turnaround time for an order?
  The turnaround time actually depends on what you want to do. If you are coming up with your own design, the turnaround time will depend on how fast you communicate with us back and forth. Wacky Buttons will send you emails that you will have to respond to. The longer it takes for you to respond, the longer the process takes. When you are finished designing and we actually make your buttons, on average we can complete an order of less than 500 buttons in one day and ship it the next day. • How long does an order usually take to ship?
  We offer 3 methods for shipping, USPS First Class Mail (Parcel Post), USPS Priority Mail 2-4 days, and USPS Express Mail (Overnight). If you choose First Class Mail or Parcel Post, which is the cheapest shipping we offer, the farther you are from Western New York (where Wacky Buttons is located) the longer the shipping process will take. If you live in western New York you can receive your order within 2 days or sometimes the very next day from the time you order on a regular postage fee. For those who live outside of western New York, your order could take up to 2 weeks to receive. This is why we offer rush shipping options (and these cost extra). For Priority Mail, on average, a package takes 2 days to receive. Midwest and west coast usually 3 days. Alaska and Hawaii take 4 days. USPS Express Mail shipping is the most expensive and is guaranteed to arrive the Next day to most areas in the United States. There are certain areas that may take 2 days for Express mail so you may want to check before shipping Express if you are one of these special areas. If you plan on shipping Express get a guaranteed delivery time here. You will need to enter your zip code. • I put in a design request(s) days ago and have not yet received a response.
  If you have not received a response from us within 2 days of either submitting a form on our site or writing an email to us, chances are you have our email address, order@wackybuttons.com, blocked or on your spam list. We are not responsible for email that bounces back to us. If you have not yet received a response, you should email us an alternate email address of yours that we can send email to.

• You have so many templates, Which is the best one to choose?
  The best one we recommend is the layout600dpi.bmp. It is the perfect size for us to work with so you will get the fastest response from us. Also it offers a high quality and can be used with almost any paint or drawing software. The only downside to this file is that it might take long to download. This template can be found on the templates page.

• Do you ship to other countries?
  Yes we ship to other countries. The list of countries we currently ship to can be found here.

• Can I send you copyrighted material to be made into a button?
  Yes you can send us copyrighted or protected material to be made into custom buttons. We leave it up to the customer's discretion to submit government protected material. We must assume that any protected material we receive is property belonging to whomever submits it. Also we assume that the customer submitting any protected material has the proper rights to give us permission to print and sell their protected material strictly to them or anyone they specify.

• Can I write on the button with a permanent marker or a Sharpie?
  Yes. Our buttons have a plastic cover that you can write on with a Sharpie or other permanent marker. Also dry erase markers work too if you want to make changes.
