Terms and Conditions of Sale

The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Wacky Buttons, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By placing an order the purchaser accepts and agrees to be bound and abide by the said TERMS AND CONDITIONS contained herein. This Agreement supersedes any other verbal or written agreement between a Wacky Buttons, Inc. representative and any customer or prospective customer.

Credit Card Policy

Wacky Buttons does not keep credit card information nor does Wacky Buttons handle credit card transactions. Wacky Buttons leaves all credit card related activities up to www.paypal.com. Therefore Wacky Buttons is not responsible for any credit card or bank related issues.

Check and Money Order Policy

Wacky Buttons does not ship button orders until checks or money orders are received.

Email Policy

Wacky Buttons is not responsible for email that bounces back. If you have not received a response from us within 2 days of either submitting a form on our site or writing an email to us, chances are you have our email address, order@wackybuttons.com, blocked or on your spam list. If you have not yet received a response, you should email us an alternate email address of yours that we can send email to.

All Sales are Final Policy

Any order through Wacky Buttons, Inc. is non-refundable after the sale has been complete. If you as a customer order from Wacky Buttons whether it be in the form of a check, money order, paypal payment, or credit card payment using paypal, and you pay in full using one of these monetary formats, you are acknowledging that you are completely satisfied with your order and that the reason you purchased the product in the first place is because you are completely satisfied. As soon as Wacky Buttons, Inc. receives payment in full the sale is complete and is considered a completed sale.

After an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Once payment is received in full this authorizes Wacky Buttons to begin the manufacturing process. This process involves costs in materials and labor which cannot be reused or replaced. If a customer tries to cancel or change their order after payment has been made in full, Wacky Buttons may charge a fee for any costs incurred for fulfilling the undesired order.

Due to the custom nature of the business, Wacky Buttons will not accept any returned items. We cannot restock, reuse, or resell the products we make. Therefore no refunds have to necessarily be granted nor does Wacky Buttons have to redo and/or ship an order in a different way to satisfy a customer.

Wacky Buttons will not refund orders because a customer does not like how their artwork or design looks on a button. If you as a customer order from Wacky Buttons you automatically acknowledge that you are completely satisfied with your artwork when you pay in full using any monetary form. We provide previewing options prior to placing an order which include email previews and digital photographs (upon request). Also a customer has the option of buying just one button before buying more. Prices for an order of 1 button are as follows: 1 inch - $0.50, 1.5 inch - $0.60, and 2.25 inch - $0.75.

Wacky Buttons will not refund orders that arrive "late" because of problems incurred within the US Postal Service during the delivery of our products. By "late" we are referring to later than a customer had anticipated the arrival of a package. See our "shipping policy".

Shipping Policy

Wacky Buttons is not responsible for lost untracked first class or priority mail shipped items. We offer these shipping methods to ensure the cheapest shipping prices possible.

If you wish to guarantee your package arrival, you might want to consider purchasing a shipping service with tracking from our order form. USPS Express Mail is the only service offered that is guaranteed. If an Express mail package does not arrive by the time indicated in a customer's confirmation email that Wacky Buttons sends, then a customer can be refunded, but only for the shipping cost.

Wacky Buttons is not responsible for any problems incurred during the shipment of the product. Wacky Buttons has no control over the practices of the United States Postal Service. Problems that can occur include the following: incorrect address, worker strikes, problem with delivery location, holiday season, and weather.

If a package is returned to us and we believe it could not be delivered because of a fault of our own, not the United States Postal Service, we will gladly refund your order.

Policy on International Orders

Wacky Buttons does not accept personal or business checks for international orders. The Only form of payments accepted are Credit Card, Bank Transfers, and PayPal Payments Through PayPal.com. Wacky Buttons offers no guarantees for international orders except if the US Postal Service can make certain guarantees for a particular country. If a guarantee does exist Wacky Buttons notifies the customer and honors the guarantee. Such guarantees include delivery date and time, and damage insurance.
