- To keep up on turnaround time, we may decide to email you only one design if the request or design is complex.
- We complete requests during our business hours. On average we complete up to 10 designs per customer per day.
- We will try anything at first, but if we are unable to create your design with the tools we use, we will notify you and provide further recommendations.
